Foto's die gemaakt zijn door de beheerder van Trapho mogen niet op andere websites gepubliceerd worden, tenzij de beheerder daar persoonlijk toestemming voor heeft gegeven. Neem voor het vragen van toestemming contact op. Wellicht krijgt u de foto zelfs op origineel formaat. Als tegenprestatie wordt op z'n minst een naamsvermelding of een verwijzing naar Trapho.net verwacht.
Direct linken naar een foto of ander bestand van het domein Trapho.net wordt ook niet op prijs gesteld. Dit kost Trapho extra bandbreedte en dus ook geld. In plaats daarvan volstaat een link naar Trapho.net, met instructies (zoals pijlen; "->") die naar de betreffende foto leiden.

Foto's gemaakt door anderen
Voor deze foto's die niet door de beheerder gemaakt zijn gelden in grote lijnen dezelfde regels als bovenstaand. Het verschil is dat u ook direct de gastfotograaf kan contacteren, indien u de contactinfo van deze persoon heeft. De webmaster van Trapho.net zal echter geen contactinfo van de gastfotograaf aan derden verstrekken, zonder dat de gastfotograaf hier toestemming voor heeft gegeven.

Heeft u een zelfgemaakte foto ter beschikking gesteld voor deze website (een zgn. gastfoto) en u wilt deze ook elders publiceren, dan mag dat uiteraard, maar niet als u de foto gebruikt die op het domein Trapho.net staat. Dat is in feite gratis gebruik maken van andermans webruimte en dat kost bandbreedte en dus geld. Zet de foto in plaats daarvan op een ander domein; dat kan uw eigen website zijn of een algemene uploadsite zoals ImageShack. Dit heeft voor u het voordeel dat u helemaal zelf kan beslissen in welke vorm u de foto publiceert.

Het insturen van gastfoto's
De beheerder van Trapho wil zich niet schuldig maken aan het plaatsen van andermans foto's zonder toestemming. U mag foto's insturen, maar deze moeten echt door u gemaakt zijn. Is een foto niet van u zelf, dan zal de beheerder van Trapho daar vroeg of laat van zelf achter komen.

Het gebruik van treingifs
De treingifs zijn speciaal gemaakt voor het gebruik op andere websites. Als u ze gebruikt is het echter wel de bedoeling dat u ze op uw eigen domein plaatst. Dit beschermt u bovendien tegen dode links als het op Trapho ondergebrachte bestand niet meer beschikbaar is.

Photos that are made by the webmaster of Trapho may not be published on other websites, unless the webmaster has personally given permission. For asking permission, contact the webmaster. Perhaps you get the photo in its origonal size. For compensation, it is expected that the name Bastiaan Luytjes or the website Trapho.net is mentioned at the regarding webpage.
Direct linking to a photo is not appreciated either. This will cost Trapho extra bandwidth and therefore money. In stead, you can place a link to Trapho.net and give instructions (like arrows; "->") that lead to the regarding photo.

Photos made by others
For photos not made by the webmaster basically the same rules as above apply. The difference is that you can also contact the photographer directly, when you know the contact information of this person. Although, the webmaster will not give any contact information of the regarding photographer to third parties.

When you have your own photo placed at my website (a so called gastfoto/guest photo), publishment elsewhere is allowed, but not when you use the photo that is hosted on the domain Trapho.net. In fact, that is free usage of someone else's webspace and that costs extra bandwidth and therefore money. Instead, place the photo on an other domain; this could be your own website or a general upload site like ImageShack. Besides, this will give you the freedom to decide in which conditions you will publish the photo.

Contributing guestphotos
The webmaster of Trapho would not like to make himself guilty for using someone else's photos without permission. You may contribute photos, but they really have to be made by yourself. If a photo not made by yourself, sooner or later the webmaster will find this out anyway.

The use of traingifs
Traingifs are especially made for use on other websites. If you use them, it is appreciated that you place them on your own domain, though. Besides, this will protect you for dead links, if a file that's placed on Trapho is not available any more.
